HTTPS connection

  Our website uses the protocol called HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) to ensure greater security of user connections.

Storage security

  User passwords are stored with encryption to make them secure against intrusion. Also, our data storage center has a restricted access by means of user and password authentication. This complies with article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Laws.

Google Re-captcha in forms

  To protect our site from robots, we also use google re-captcha for any user registration and access to the web, thus ensuring that users are real people. This helps reduce the risk of accounts being compromised by malicious attacks.

  These assurances are aimed to comply with the ISO27000:2013 standard.

  However, we are not responsible for the user's password being stolen from their own computer by malware. Therefore, we delegate the responsibility to the user to keep their computer free of malware.


Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Laws: Data Security

Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999

  1. The data controller and, where appropriate, the data processor shall adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999

  Personal data shall not be recorded in files that do not meet the conditions determined by regulatory means with regard to their integrity and security and those of the processing centres, premises, equipment, systems and programmes.

Paragraph 3 of Article 9 of Organic Law 15/1999

  3. The requirements and conditions to be met by the files and the persons involved in the processing of the data referred to in article 7 of this Law shall be established by regulation.
